John Durham graduated from Lipscomb University in 1974 with a B.S. Degree in Mathematics and has a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University. He is now retired after a 35-year career as a Project Manager at AT&T, BellSouth, EDS and Asurion where he worked on a number of high-profile project teams receiving numerous awards for innovation, leadership and expertise.

Mrs. Dorcas Owusu Yeboah is a dedicated nursing and healthcare professional with over ten years of experience. As Secretary of HMI Ghana since 2008, she ensures smooth coordination and communication across the organization. With MSc and BSc degrees in Nursing, she is committed to promoting compassion, teamwork, and hope in every community she serves.
Dr. Ahlam Bashirinia
Medical Doctor
Dr. Ahlam Bashirinia is a dedicated medical doctor with strong clinical experience across multiple specialties, including surgery, internal medicine, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, and orthopedics. She completed her MBBS at Ivano-Frankivsk National Medical University and trained at Saudi German Hospital, Dubai.
Licensed by the Dubai Health Authority, she holds certifications in BLS, AO Trauma, and MCCQE 1. Dr. Bashirinia is fluent in English, Arabic, and Farsi and is committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care.
Dr. Navneet Kaur

Dr. Navneet Kaur is a medical doctor with training in general surgery and clinical experience across pediatrics, internal medicine, and obstetrics & gynaecology. With international experience in Ukraine, Namibia, and India, she also serves as the HMI Country Director for India, supporting medical and community development initiatives. She is skilled in surgical assistance, patient care, leadership, and communication, and speaks five languages.
