Hello HMI Global Family,

Today marks the anniversary of the launch of the HMI Global platform, a milestone that reflects collective dedication, growth, and purpose.

I extend my heartfelt appreciation to the entire HMI Global family: Our Technical Advisory Board, Executive Team, Membership  (Professionals, Student, Volunteers),  and partners across continents. Your passion for mission,  commitment, perseverance and teamwork remain the driving force behind our expanding global impact.

Help Motherland International was founded on a simple yet powerful mission: to serve God by helping our dear Motherland (Home Country) and to serve humanity holistically. This guiding principle continues to shape our identity and directs every initiative undertaken by HMI Global.

Over the past year, HMI Global has demonstrated consistent progress through active engagement across key initiatives, including the strengthening of the HMI Professional Wing, expansion of the Student Wing, development of Reverse Medical Tourism model, community medical and surgical outreaches, advocacy efforts, and collaborative programs designed for sustainable and long-term impact.

Challenges encountered along the way became opportunities for learning, resilience, and institutional maturity.

Looking ahead, HMI Global is formally embarking on a five-year strategic plan focused on:

Strengthening global governance and organizational structures

* Expanding healthcare access through sustainable medical initiatives

* Building strong academic, clinical, and institutional partnerships

* Empowering youth, students, and professionals through leadership development

* Establishing regional and continental representation for effective coordination

As part of this strategic direction, HMI Global is actively seeking partners, sponsors, donors, volunteers, and dedicated representatives at continental, regional, national, and campus levels who share our vision and are committed to meaningful service and impact.

HMI Global is more than an organization, it is a global movement and a platform for action, collaboration, and responsibility. Together, we can transform ideas into solutions and service into lasting change.

I encourage all members and future collaborators to remain united, proactive, and mission-driven as we build the next chapter of HMI Global, grounded in integrity, inclusivity, and purpose.
